Out of Body Fast Travel

My name is david from south africa, I get out of body experiences occasionally around my house, at first i didn't believe what was going on with my first occurance. usually before i sleep i check all the doors and switch on all lights cos am head of my family. that day i went to sleep early with the thought in mind that i will wake wake up later to switch on the back door lights. of-course i slept and never woke up. thats when i got the experience, I basically was in the kitchen all of a sudden trying to switch on the lights and noticed that i didn't have a physical body… i was floating in a way and when i new of this i realized that it was a "broken rule" the speed at which i traveled/repelled back to my bedroom was light speed! and i was well aware of the travel back to my body as if it was were i belonged. with this i confirmed the out of body experience since i was skeptical in the past.

the other incident was just me staring back at my body when i slept, half a meter away. i must say the body seemed dead without a soul and the moment i realized this i again traveled at phenomenal speed back in to it. Ive noticed that the experiences happen when am sleeping facing up. i dont know what the connection is on that.
