My OBE

From what i remember, I felt like i woke up, there was a weird humming in my head, and i saw myself lying there, sleeping. When I looked around, it was my apartment, only on the far end of the wall was a fireplace. There was no fireplace in my real apt. I looked up and suddenly flew against the fireplace, shattering the glass vases on the mantle. When i tried to get up and walk, I saw my body on the couch, sleeping, only I couldnt get back, I was very sluggish and scared. When I finally made it back, I distinctly remember trying to wake up, but couldn't. I remember trying to scream or move, but couldnt. The last thing I remember was waking up, feeling as though I had been strangled. I was laboring to breathe, but finally woke up, Since then, I have had other dreams, alot like this one.
