Ghost or Guadian Angel

I just bought a new house 6 months agao and no one has lived here before. I live alone with my Boxer dog and one day mt brother dropped me off after shopping. I came into my living room and by the door I have an end table and a couch so I out my purse on the end table and I could smell the strongest scent of a womans perfume. I do not wear nor do I own a bottle of perfume due to my sinus issues.

I walked into the kitchen and in front of my sink the same smell (I believe it followed me into the kitchen). I told it "I don't know who you are or why your here but you wear too damn much perfume). I also told it I have sinus problems and they needed to tone down the smell.

A few days later the same smell but much lighter is in my bathroom and I said "I'm glad you toned down the smell but it is very rude of you to be in my bathroom. My bathroom is a private place and I don't want you standing around with me totally naked".

A few days later the strong smell is back in my bathroom and at this point I get angry becaus I'm naked again. I said "you need to respect my private space".

One day about a week later I got into my bed and this strong smell is in my bed, I said "I really wish you would find someone else to follow". I said "you need to get out of my bed". A couple of hours later the smell is gone and I haven't smelled it since.

I didn't mean to run it off but I work very hard 12 hours days and I get very irritable and gripey. I've apologized out loud but since no smell. I've had 2 brothers in the last year die and I have pictures from one of my brothers house. I told him (if it is him) "yes I do have your pictures and I'm glad I do as they make me think of you everyday". I told the ghost "I don't you being here but I don't want to see you". I said "you will scare the hell out of me".
