I was born on December 28, 1994 in Chevreley, Maryland and my Grandfather was the one who named me and held me for the first time. He would always come to my house before I was born while my father was at work for two reasons and two reasons only. First reason being he would make it to where my mother was never alone, ever. Second reason being he would come to talk to my moms stomach and make sure she was always okay. We were living in Maryland at the time and we decided to move to Florida to be closer to our other family and grandpa wanted to move with us but he was sick so he wanted to get that checked out before we moved and he died in the hospital. Ever since then I would always see him all the time in our homes that we lived in. We would shut doors but they wouldn't shut all the way so we ask grandpa to please get it for us and it would shut completely by its self. There would be times where I just see him walking around our house, and just recently on February 2, 2011, I had woke up and my father, mother and sister had gone somewhere so I was home alone and I walked into the kitchen to get a drink and I would see grandpa sitting at our dining room table with a cup of coffee reading the newspaper and he would fold the top corner of the newspaper forward to where he could see me and he would wink at me and then unfold the news papers' corner and then disappear. That was the first time I actually got to see him, almost like he was alive and really sitting there. After that paranormal phenomena, I had told my father about it and he said that when he was a child and still living with my grandpa (my dad's dad) he would always wake up to him sitting at the table with a cup of coffee and the news paper. That's how I know for sure that the apparition was indeed my grandpa. It makes me feel so safe and secure knowing he's still around and actually wants to see me and everything. I guess that since he intended to move in with us before he died that he still did because he is everywhere we go, I love seeing him. Just knowing he is around, I feel so warm inside and safe, I love that feeling.
