Epilepsy Angel

A horse i've been working with is called Glorious way for a reason. Eight months ago i found out i have epilepsy. since then Glorious Way has been taking care of me two times more then others. we were in a horse show we entered the ring for our 5th class when he started hesitating in corners our first jump was perfect then he began stopping. i didnt think anything of it... just him being stubborn.

i dont remember what happened next besides the fact that i had a seizure. i was just lying on Glorious Way's neck, he wouldn't let anyone touch me. its unlike him to bite but he did then. he waited until i had balance before he began to walk to the gates. he held me against him when i was able to get off. he held me close to his body with his neck until i was able to get into the car.

the last one i had he walked out of the arena with my trainer holding him. we walked to the car and he did the same thing. he held me against his body until he felt it was safe to go home... he is my angel for keeping me on his back.
