Accidental Astral Travel

I'll start out by saying this: I was 14 at the time, sleeping in a camper outdoors because it was summer. It was late and I had school the next morning so I decided to go to sleep. At this time, I had read about OOBE but it didn't occur to me that I had left my body until I was researching it again recently.

As I started to fall asleep, my mind went blank. I slipped into what I thought was a dream like state. Then my body went completely numb. I could hear a slight vibrating sound all around me. I was frightened, but I couldn't force myself to wake up. I can't completely explain what happened next, all I know is that I thought I had awoken. I jumped up to turn on the light only to discover that I could not see. I reached for my phone to call my dad. Nothing I touched had a feel. All it was, was a pressure. My body was still tingling and I could hear cluttered whispering. At this time I started to panic.

When I could finally see, Everything was black and white and when I focused on something, a black box would appear, blocking my view. Then, I got up and looked back. Everything was clear but black and white. I could see my body laying on my bed, asleep. I ran outside, but I tripped and fell. Something was pulling me down. I tried to get up but everything was wet and numb. I didn't know how I was moving and I couldn't see. Then, what I thought was dogs chasing me attacked me. I could feel the pressure from them biting and scratching me. With this, I jolted awake.

When I sat up, I thought electricity was pulsing through my veins. I didn't know what to think of this. But now, I'm relatively positive I had had an OOBE. But I don't know what level plane I was on. And that's what's making me eerie to try to induce another one.
