I was driving my car and had just proceeded thru a green light when all of a sudden I had this sensation of being lifted up thru my car...I was looking down onto the hood and windshield of my car....I was very high above my car..I felt great! was so happy and contented...then all of a sudden it was like I was being pulled back down and I was once again staring thru my windshield driving....

This was the first time I had ever experienced something like this. So I discussed it wih a retired Reverend and he suggested I go to internet for OBE....after I reviewed your website I must say you have helped me understand what happen. It was phenonemal (sorry spelling) and I will remember it for the rest of my life. And welcome the experience and love to do it again.
