ok here goes! have never really put these experiences into words. its hard to explain so bear with me if i start making no sense. its difficult! As a child, from about 10-13 years old, i believe that on many occasions i could induce OBE's. these always happened at night in bed but i know that i wasn't asleep. I loved the feeling of it so much that i would deliberately do it. Starting by relaxing myself to a very chilled out state, then feeling 'fizzy', and actually hearing the 'fizzy' noise. then off i would go! i never seen myself below or my bedroom but i knew that i was lifting up.

The most amazing thing was where i went. how i wish i could return now as an adult. all i can say about this place is that it was white! No walls, no floor, no ceiling, just surrounded in white nothingness. There was no need for a floor really as i knew i was floating in thin air. There was always someone there with me, i could never see this person. i felt he/she was all around me, and i knew they were smiling at me at all times. How mad does that sound?! this presence was staring at me, and gave off such a happy warm content feeling. I felt i was there for hours, just standing there doing nothing but looking at the white.

Remembering back, i did hear the faint sound of a clock, even though i didnt have one in my room, but yes there was a slight tick-tock. I would then just find myself back in bed, usually rather tired as was missing out on sleep! I have tried now in my adult years to go back to this place, to be so relaxed and comforted by this being, but frustratingly, i fall asleep after demanding days! Please if anyone out there feels they know who/what/where i was, let me know. its bugged me for years.
