I had a breakdown and was put on some medication which made everything worse so after five days I stopped taking it.

I developed this extreme thirst and drank a lot of water. I suddenly vomited and lost control at the other end and I felt myself go all maizy and vacant and then I felt a huge thump in my chest and I came back round. That same night I had the experience of an electrical charge going through my body squeezing as it went and it reached my throat. My nasal passages felt blocked and my throat was constricting and I felt like I was choking. People kept appearing in my head and I made a strange noise like when my dad died and I thought I am dying. I suddenly thought okay, take me if you want me and the sensation passed and I obviously didn't die. I felt absolutely drained of energy and very flat.

This experience actually frightened me very much. I didn't come out of my body or see any white lights, the memory of my father's death was there and I felt that the first experience was as my mother had died of an anxiety attack. I can find no comfort in this experience and wonder if anyone can offer me any reassurance or comfort. I also keep seeing two magpies who seem to appear when I am stressed. Any idea what this might mean?
