What Should I Do with My "Gift"?

I'll start from the beginning....I'm about three and what I see in my room is this man dressed in this black suit. I would only see him when my parents were fighting or left me unattended. But I called him the man in black and I do believe this is when I first experienced and saw my first spirit/ghost. I cant remember any of my childhood past that but I do know when I started to remember seeing them again was about August... I drowned and nearly died. When I got out of that about a week later I saw this little girl about 6 from the year 1820 it seemed(I only know that because I really like history.) and she was there one second and gone the next. The girl really wont talk to me so I can't help her. But she isn't the only one I've seen. I have seen many others like my two friends that comited suicide, some relatives, and mostly strangers asking for help. But I dont know how to help them I am very young, just about to go to high school. I've been calling this thing a "gift" because that is what my friend calls it. And yes I know I'm not the only one because Ive met two others like me in my area just not with the vividness. And no im not that type of person searching for pity or attention. Please some of these people/spirits/ghosts are really scary and mean....if you could e-mail me that would be great...

I could use help/support. My mom and horrible Mr. Religious dad think I'm crazy so I've turned to the internet. So if you could just send me a quick e-mail with the subject something like "Heres some help with your "gift"" or "I read your story heres help".....Thank you so much for reading my complaint...it helps not to be alone with this....

By the way: I can see them like I see people in person and I can talk to them too....just like I talk to friends over the phone or in person....
