AN OUT OF BODY EXPERIENCE

My out of body experience in my bedroom!

I had an out of body experience in 1995. It was very interesting and of course very exciting......

I remember suddenly floating around the ceiling looking down at myself while I was fast asleep. I didn't feel like I was flying or anything like that but I was just 'floating' around and the exciting bit of all was that I could see everything in my bedroom - my furniture, light, curtains and everything else!

The only thing that I was aware of while I was astral projecting was that I had no control - I could not control myself or my soul - I just flew around (almost like I was in someones car or being flown in an aeroplane!)

My out of body experience only lasted for approximately 10 - 15 seconds and then I remember waking up and I realised I had one).

This experience was something to remember and I have not had one since.
