OBE with Body Included?

On February 2009 I got surgery with anesthesia. A month later or so, I woke up in the morning, in my bedroom. It was warm (I live in Argentina so it was summer). I was looking trough my window and seeing people walking as usual, but hearing no sound. Then I turned around and I saw a strange woman standing in front of me. She was scary, no arms, and looking towards me and shaking her cut arms (she was wearing a grey suit, the sleeves were tied to the cut arms, no blood nor gore content there).
I thought to myself: "this is just a lucid dream, so I can control it".
I ran towards the woman and went through her. Then I continued with the sinetic force and went through the wall, to the corridor, and when I was leading to downstairs, I started to feel like if I had fallen into a spider's web. Something started to pull me back.
Then I "fell" to my bed. I was not able to move, or scream (and like hell I tried!) nor open my eyes for some time, it felt like 2 or 3 eternal minutes (perhaps it was less, but it was so frightening!).
During the experience, I wasn't able to hear; yes I could see everything with a perfect clarity, and even move. I also couldn't feel my body, but YES FEEL THE OBJECTS I WAS TOUCHING! . Every time I passed through an object, I saw no light inside it, until passing to the other side.
This happened 3 times more, all out of my control. Two in that very same month and the fourth was shorter, happened this year.
I've heard that some people can take their body in these journeys, someone think this is possible? Because every time it happened, I wasn't able to see it in the bed. And take this on count: the third experience was the only one that wasn't scary, and the only that I managed to return voluntarily, and recover very fast my moves and such. I was in bed with my boyfriend, I saw him (a little different) and, well, weird thing.
