OBE Twice?

I became very interested in this since Ive always wondered what happened to me!

I believe I have had two Out of body experiences..

The first is when I was 6 years old, I am now 32.

I was having surgery on a broken ankle. While in the middle of surgery I remember first, hearing the doctors talking, then opening my eyes, sitting up, and seeing them working on my ankle!

There were two doctors, one on each side of the operating table-each one at one side of my leg...and I could easily see my ankle cut open, held open with their tools and exposed. I can recall looking around the room, seeing nurses and the machinery around the room...I dont recall if I was above my body or simply sat up and saw it all..but I can see it clear as day! The next thing I recall is everything going black and then me lying back down.

When I awoke from the surgery I recall telling my mother about my experience and from what I remember she told me it never happened. How she knew, I dont know but I sure thought it was real. After that I didnt think to much about it until I was a little older.

My second experience happened about 10 years ago...I was with my boyfriend at the time. We had a nice night out, some drinks, but not too much. We went back to my place for the night and I recall being very tired. He offered to give me a massage, so I relaxed. I lay on my stomach, arms to my sides and he started to massage me. I felt myself relaxing, and I thought I was falling asleep.

Shortly after, I recall everything being very dark, I felt my breath slowing, and all of a sudden Im over my body! I dont realize what has happened, and for a moment I thought I was dreaming. Next thing I do is fly around the room, I could fly pretty fast, and I felt light and was enjoying the experience! I felt very free.

Suddenly I stopped and looked into a picture frame in my bedroom and I could see my reflection! I was glowing- I had a silver and blueish, glow and I remember looking into the frame and thinking, wow I look cool! I almost decided to fly out of the window but was scared because something told me if I did that I might not be able to get back in. I was also able to see from above that I was still 'attached' to myself with a thin like cord the same color as the rest of me, I could also feel the tug of it as I flew around.

I am able to 'switch' to feel my physical self and start to panic because I feel like I cant breath, I cant move and I cannot speak! I flew around more, and looked at my boyfriend thinking to myself oh my god, did you kill me? I really thought I was dead! I just looked down at us and could see me on the bed, and him massaging away not realizing what is happening.

I became frightened and dont know how but I managed to 'jump' back into myself. When I did that my whole entire body shook, and as my soul jumped back in all of this air expelled from me-out of my mouth. It was like I dunked into my body and the air just shot out of me!

My boyfriend got scared and stopped and asked me if I was ok! He became scared...I was really afraid to tell him what happened..because I thought he would think I was nuts! I finally told him and he was open to it and didnt say a whole lot.

To this day I cannot explain it! It has never happened to me again and this experience made me think about what happened to me when I was a child. Every since that experience I have been searching for answers..hopefully one day I will be able to explain all of it.
