Is My Apartment Haunted

I moved in to my apartment sep 09. Since we moved in, I have heard people coming down the stairs when no one is at home, I have see something standing by my door only in the dark and it can not be see head on. I have heard tables and beds being moved upstairs when I am the only one home. My Husband was waiting for me to come home one night and was sitting on the couch and he said he felt some one push him in the face. I was sitting at my table in the kitchen, listening to music on a Friday morning and I heard someone scream over the music it startled me. I have seen shadows on my middle room door but no one else has seen them.

Husband was in shower one day with the door open and he screamed for me I was downstairs I came running up the steps... He was scared and asked me if I had just walked up to the shower curtain towards him. I said no he was like I just saw a figure coming towards me and when I moved the curtain there was no one there. My kids have answered me when I have not called them.

My eight year old said she hear me calling her from downstairs and I was not home that day my 5 yr old is always talking to someone and she becomes very violent at time towards my other daughter. My husband was also walking up the steps and he said he looked through the opening on the second landing and saw a black shadow man walking up the first landing. I am not sure what is really going on. We hear noises all of the time and we can be together or apart but it is everyday. We hear noises in the bathroom and no one is in there.
