Horrifying Experience

I have recently been noticing signs of my home being haunted. To the point that I had a medium come to my home twice and then last night I had a paranormal team do an investigation at my home and property. Both the medium and the paranormal team found that there is spirits here. Well, 3 nights ago I had the most horrifying experience. While laying in bed facing my windows I saw strange shadows through my blinds. This scared me, so I turned over to face the opposite direction.

Just before falling asleep.... at least I think it was before I fell asleep.... I felt like one of the shapes (Which to me looked like a shadow person) pushed me out of my body. I felt it push me out! I then stood up on the floor and realized my eyes were really messed up. I tried to look in the mirror and saw myself as a shadow. It scared me really bad. I tried to exit my room by turning the doorknob which would not turn. Somehow I got through the door. I was horrified! I then kept trying to call out to my room mate but I had no voice.

Once realizing I had no voice I went to my kitchen to find my roommate in there. He couldn't see me. I then got even more scared and hollered "In Jesus name leave me alone!"

The next thing I knew I was in my bedroom looking at my body laying in the position that I was last in! A few seconds later I was in my body! I then got up out of bed and saw my room mate was still standing in the kitchen in the same place I saw him during my OBE! This I believe is the most horrifying experience I have ever had!

With the paranormal things going on here I am afraid a ghost is trying to take over my body! I have read many other stories of people have OBE's, but not like mine. This has never happened to me before. I would like some feedback if anyone understands this. I am afraid now to go to sleep. Its bad enough that my home is haunted.....but this now???? Any feedback on this would would really be appreciated.
