The First One

I was 26 years old when all of this happened back in 1991. All my life since I could remember, I would on the odd occasion when I went to bed before I slept, have this Vibrating sensation. I remember sitting up in my bed as a youngster thinking to myself that it was the room moving or vibrating. after a while I realized that It was me who was vibrating. Being so young around about 5 years old when it first happened, I thought nothing of it and just fell to sleep.

This sensation carried on throughout my life. I would say about 2-3 times a year. One night whilst living in Spain I went to bed and before I went to sleep the sensation returned. I remember for some reason that I would just curl up in a ball and just relax. after a while whilst still awake and fully conscious I felt myself rolling off the bed. It felt like everything was in slow motion. I knew it was me rolling off the bed. I didn’t know why but then the next thing I knew I was aware that I was still in my bed also.

So there I was in bed frozen stiff I couldn’t move a muscle. It was like I was paralized. I wasn’t scared but when I looked into the corner of the room I could see myself, it was my spirit. It was moving and once again I was not frightened. I could see everything as plain as day. It must have lasted about 10 seconds and then my spirit came towards me and before I knew what had happened, I was able to move again and uncurled myself and just lay there.

Ever since this experience I have had more, and have never met anyone yet who can tell me why it happens or what is happening. Is there anybody out there who knows what is going on?
