Ghost in Lorne

I was on a camping trip with my family and we went to Geelong and one of the nights we were there we visited Lorne which is like a small Country town in the middle of Geelong. We went to the pier which I had been to before on my school camp 2 years in a row. So I went for a walk because my family was watching the fishermen and I hate fishing. I saw in the middle of the pier a man standing right on the side. I started running t'wards him yelling at him to step away from it.

When I was about 3 metres away from him he jumped and I looked over and there was no sign of him anywhere. It didn't even look like anyone had jumped in it. It suddenly got really cold so I ran back to my family and told them what happened. We left early.
