Creepy Houses in a Line

I don't know if what I'm about to tell you is a ghost story or not but its still true.

My street is really weird, on one side are normal average houses, but on my side, all the houses looks the same, theres only about 8 houses on each side.

Every night at mid-night all the houses on my side glow.

The glow is like a faint mist all over the outside of the houses. We first descovered a few years ago when the people on the other side of the street told everyone about it, the next night we all stayed up until mid-night, and at mid-night all the houses started glowing, but then it got even stranger.

Every owner of the glowing houses could see everyone elses house glow but no one saw THEIR house glow, my family couldn't see ours glowing but the rest was, our neighbors couldn't see theirs glowing but they could see the rest and so on.

We are use to it now, but its still freaky, the glow is strong, the people on the other side of the street have to put rugs over their windows so the light doesn't get in, but us on the other side don't cause we can't see our own houses glow and the other houses are to far away to let the light in.

I don't know whats going on, we never bothered to mention it or report it we have just learned to live with it.
