Am I Remembering a Past Life?

I am Gaby, I am a 17 year old boy, and the story that I am about to tell is still haunting my thoughts right now. Though I don't remember if in this dream I'm a man or a woman, but I sense a bit feminine, so i would probably have been a woman.

I dream very often about me and a male friend saving a little girl in a very dark and dangerous cave. In this dream, i'm an adult and I know it happens in Japan. I remember my friend and I had to fight many evil people trying to hurt that little girl. The cave was collapsing so we had to hurry and escape quickly. My friend was holding the little girl in his arms while we were running through the deep cave. But suddently, a huge boulder fell before our eyes, so we are trapped.I remember my friend, handing me his sword slowly, so i took it, knowing that he would try to lift the huge boulder so we can escape....

While he was lifting the enormous rock, I took the little girl with me. Sadly, I knew it was the last time I could see his face. He then said ; Please, run before its too late! So I looked at him, and moved my head up and down, as a sign of understanding and deep sadness. Holding the girl tight in my arms, I took her out of the cave with me....

While waiting after my friend outside, the cave finally collapsed. When I turned my head around, I saw the little girl running in her poor dad's arms. After being thanked by them, I was watching the sunset while a few tears were running down my cheeks, closing my eyes slowly. And everytime I close my eyes, I wake up. And everytime I wake up, i cry for REAL, and I feel deeply sad and guilty, as I feel like i've know that person for ages somehow.....
