Sombody Is Watching Me!

Please everyone, I need help, i feel some one is watching me, in fact, I know someone is watching me!

When I was younger, alot of ghostly things happened but i was to young to get really scared. But now, im scared to be alone at night time, im scared that if i look into my kitchen when I the light is off, i will see somthing.

Right now I feel sombody is watching me, I am so freaked out. Normally I the one to say "im not scared lets do it" and bla bla bla but Im coming out with it! Im so scared I wish I could just not see, hear or feel.

This is the 20th of July 2008 it is 1:30 AM, Sunday, every night I go to bed late and when I lay down I can't help but put the blanket right over my head, so there is just enough space so I can breath.

This is ruining my life. I use to enjoy scary movies, I use to love exploring the so called haunted houses, but I feel every night somthing or someone is watching me, A few years ago I could have sworn I saw the Grim Reeper!
