My First Out of Body Experience

This is my story of my very first Out of body Experience. I was 6 going on 7 years old, i had just gotten back from the hospital from being really sick and dehydrated, and i was still weak and kinda sick still but i was well "enough" to come home. it was like 9-10 at night and i slept with my mom so i could be close to her just in case i needed anything so, i laid down in my mom and dads bed, my dad was working, i got comfy. my mom fell asleep beside me, i began to close my eyes, shortly after i started feeling like this weird feelings of being shocked, like vibrations or something. it was kinda overwhelming but like as soon as it stopped i noticed i was floating up towards the ceiling. then i turned over and saw both myself and my mother both asleep. i then floated out even more towards the main hallway, then towards the ground more. i was fully conscious and aware, i was just trying to make ground on what was happening. I was thinking to myself "is this a dream or this real" and i know it was completly reall cause i still remember it till this very day, and i'm 20 years old. so then shortly after that i started to like quickly float back to where I woke back up and was completly amazed at what I had just expirienced. I woke my mom up and was completly ecstatic of what i experienced and she believed me, so thats my first expirience with out of body experience or astral travel. the expirience lasted anywhere from between 1-2 hours or so. I was out for a little while. I still do have these experiences still today but keep them to my self most of the time. I can induce them myself through meditations. they are to me very very cool experiences!!
