Black Cloud

My wife called me at work at 11:15pm telling me that something knocked down a vase of of the refridgerator, and it fell and broke on the tile floor. I laughed thinking that it was the cat. So I told her that it was probably the cat. She said I don't think so, because when it happened I saw the cat run into the run into the room. She wanted me to come home right away. I only had fourty five minutes to go until I got off. So I told her that I would be home shortly.

So I get home, and found my wife sitting in on the couch in the living room, she hadn't moved form that spot since she made the call. I told her that I would clean it up. I go into the kitchen, and grabbed the broom and the dust pan. I rounded up the glass, and swept up the the first scoop of glass into the dust pan. Then I stood up to dump it. I then felt a warmth graze my right forearm, and every hair I had stood straight up along with goosebumps all over me. I saw a black cloud hovering right in front of me. about a foot to two feet in diameter, and it was moving like smoke would move. I did not move or say anything until it faded away. After it was gone I finished cleaning up the glass off the floor. I went into the living room where my wife was still sitting on the couch. I sat down beside her and told her that I think I just saw your ghost. She told me "See". That happened right around 2001.
