First Encounter with the Ghost in the Blood Room

This is a continuation of a previous story involving a nasty experience with alcohol, a pissed off dead guy, a ouija board and a room covered with blood that I submitted earlier. The room that was covered with streaks of blood became known throughout my building as the "Blood Room". Since the ouija experience there have been some very strange occurences, the door seems to shut on its own at times and my cats sit outside the entrance way and growl for no reason, sometimes they jump in the air attacking something that's not there or at least something I can't see for myself.
Since the seance, I slept on the sofa and never went into the Blood Room alone, its become very hot in there without any explanation, the window's broken, the heater's busted and its roasting hot in there all the time now. My cats won't enter the room either, if I try to pick one up and bring it with me, the cat turns psycho and runs for its life in the opposite direction.
Recently a house guest came by and we let them stay in the Blood Room (we didn't say anything), during their visit they mentioned how relaxing it was and that they got a great night's sleep, they even commented on how cool the red stripes looked. I got the feeling there was nothing to be afraid of anymore and after the guest had left I began sleeping in the room again.
A few days later I remember waking up in the morning in the room with the feeling that I couldn't move, I was so relaxed that I couldn't get out of bed. I had to slump out of bed, crawl to the door about two feet away (this took about 20 minutes)and bash my head on the door to alert my brother that I needed to get out. I remember being so exhausted that I couldn't speak or use the door handle.
When my brother finally came and opened the door he screamed and fell over, pointing at me and screaming, he wouldn't stop. I would have been terrified but I was to exhausted to take proper notice. As soon as so much as my finger left the room I instantly got a burst of energy and I felt fine. I asked my brother what was wrong and he said he saw someone kneeling behind me, clutching me and staring right in his eyes. The figure was entirely black shadow except for a white face, black eyes and white hands.
