Very often after my family has gone to sleep,I would hear bells ringing as if someone was walking...

My sister said that it was a woman but it could be an animal eg. cat wearing a bell.My sister also said she saw a malay ghost near our sink...and when she was about to close the kitchen lights,she saw a hand or fingers near the toilet...It was rumoured that our house is haunted before we moved in,in 1997 or 1998...
