My house was built in the early 1930s and i've lived here all 14 years of my life. i've heard noises an seen figures in the corners of my eyes, but this event really scared me. One evening, stormy, my mother had left for a meeting, my father and my pet dog were in the garage, my sister was taking a nap, and my brother and i were in the kitchen. He was baking a cake and i was on the laptop. i had noticed that my sister was still signed on Instant Messanger. she walk pass the kitchen and into the family room. i said "i'm signing you off alex, okay?" she doesnt say anything. i say it again, still no answer. my brother says "who are you talking to?" we walk into my sisters room and she's still sound asleep. i still havent found out who/what i saw that day, but i will not pass or even look at that stair well in the dark.
