The Apparition in My House(s)

I was 11 years old when this happend, I still am 11. One night I was trying to go to sleep when I kept on hearing footsteps in our hall. I got up to see who wouldn't stop walking around but no one was there at all. I decided to wake up my dad and tell him,but he wake up. So I went back to sleep and all of the sudden,I felt someone trying to wake me up. I saw a very dark figure standing by our bathroom swaying from side to side.I got up to see if it was my brother,but when I got there,it vanished into thin air.The same exact thing happend to me when we lived in a hotel.But now Im not afraid.
