Someone Was on Top of Me

About a week ago i was in my bed sleeping, it was about 12:00 at night when i woke up and felt as if i couldn't breathe. I tried to sit up but i felt as if something or someone was pinning me down i tried to relax thinking i was dreaming but i knew i wasn't. Then i felt someone crawling onto my chest and sitting on me holding me down but i couldn't see anybody and i don't believe in ghosts. Itried screaming for my mum but everytime i did this i felt this thing pressing harder on me then i don't know what happened but my bedroom light went on and i could breathe. Every night since then i always feel theres someone beside my bed but i have never felt the way i did then. And I promise this is true!
