It was about 2:30 or so in the morning and me and my wife were sleeping. We lived in the woods and there was a bad storm. It was finally letting loose when we went to bed, witch was around 9 or 10. I woke up to my dog licking me. (Witch was a dog mixed with collie and some other dog.) Normally when she does this she is nervous or wants to go outside. I knew right off she was nervous, because she was afraid of storms. I got up and and a bad rumble of thunder woke my wife up.

We decided to go down stairs and sit with the dog a while and let it calm down. when we were half way down the stairs the dog ran back upstairs back to our room and then we heard a loud crash! We figured it was the dog and ran back upstairs. When we got there i was amazed. Right were i was laying was and tree. It had crashed in through the window and was pushed trough the bed, right where i was laying! If i didnt move i would have been killed, because the tree would have gone right through my chest! It was then that me and my wife realized, that out dog had just died a few weeks ago!! If it wasnt for out dog i would have died. I know now that she really loved me because she came back and licked me till i woke up. I am blessed today with a guardian angel dog. I will never forget that day.
