Beyond Scared

I really don't know what to call it. My experience is what I'm talking about. But here it goes. It was Saturday morning what woke me up was someone sitting on my bed, it kind of woke me up alittle but what I experienced next was extremely frightening.

I felt someone enter my body as I laid in my bed scared and frighened I didn't know what was happening. I tried to reach for my phone but just felt as if I couldn't move as if someone was smuthering me or I was to scared to move. I felt paniced. It was so real I felt it enter and exit my body. It felt like a force enter and leave. It felt like a pulling sensation. I was so scared and don't know what to think of it.

I would really like someone to please explain what exactly happened if anybody can explain it. Can someone please give me an idea of what I experienced that morning. I was home by myself. I have had someone else tell me that they felt someone sit a the edge of the bed before this incident. I'm still spooked about it. Please contact me and let me know.
