Weird Happenings

I have various things that happened to me as I grew up...These sightings started when I was about 11 years old. We used to live in Emporia, Va. in a house that my mom and dad had just bought. I would always hear footsteps and people whispering and dishes moving in the kitchen late at night.

Well one night I was asleep in a very small bedroom where we had two sets of bunk beds, on one set my two brothers slepted and on the other one I slept on the top bunk and my 3 year old sister slept on the bottom one. Well I woke up because I felt a presence in the room, I looked over to check on my brother and then looked down to check on my little siter.

As I looked down I saw this big black shadow wearing a hooded robe reaching for my sister. I asked it what it was doing and it told me to go back to sleep that he had just come for my sister. There was something trying to push my head onto the pillow against my will, I finally got up and was searching for my sister on the bed, and to my surprise she was gone! I ran through the living room and the kitchen chasing that thing, while doing that he told me that if I found my sister he wouldn't take her.

I ran outside in the dark chasing him, but he wasn't running he was glidding over the ground. I ran into a barn we had and looked under an old table we had to see if my sister was there...she wasn't. I couldn't see the thing any more but I heard it laughing! I leaned against a post and said "He tricked me!"

I ran back to my house and was banging on the door for someone to open it. It was like 3a.m. my mom and dad finally opened the door and I explained what had happened. We had a hard time waking my little sister up, but when she did she had no clue what was going on. I don't know what that was or what it meant, but I was awoke and saw everything!
