Some Dude in the House

My cousin lived in a small apartment with his brother, stepdad, and mom. I was 11 and he was 9 at the time. Behind was a tennis court, pool, and a little ways across a grassy field was the apartment office where his mom worked.

We were inside his place playing games while his stepdad, brother (13) and mom were at the office closing up the place. It was about 9:00 at night and we were getting ready to go to the office to get some food. Just as we got up, we heard a crash come from his mom's room upstairs. When we went up there, the lamp had fallen off the nightstand. We thought nothing of it, turned off the light, put it back, and headed for the office.

When we were outside, we looked up to his mom's room, and saw the light on. We ran inside and back up the stairs. When we got to the room, the light was off and the lamp was once again on the floor. We freaked out and went to get his brother. When we got back the lamp was off and on the nightstand. It was crazy.
