My Grandpa My Angel

ok, this happened to me when i was ten years old. my grandfather had been suffering from ancer for about a year. the day i turned 10 he passed. he went on to a better place. i remember when my mom told me i wanted to cry so badly but i knew that i should stay strong. for a while we stayed at my grandmother's house just so we know that she is o.k. for about a month she wouldn't tlka to anyone, she was deeply sad because she and my grand father were highschool sweethearts and she truly loved him. i remember every night i would hear my grandfather walkin across the house because he used to do that all the time at night. i was realy sad that he wasn't there andi didn't speak to any of my friends for a while.

one of the nights we were there, i dreamt that i woke up and saw him in my kitchen with therest of my family. my mom told me that he was her old friend. i was confused cuz he lookedlikemy grand pa. he then told me to tell my grandma to openthis box that was under his desk. i woke up then. i told my grandma. she did and she found a letter. she opened it and it was aletter he wrote before he died , he toldher that everything would be fine and she should stay strong. there was also a ring. he said that he wanted to give her that because henever had money to give her a real diamond when they got married cuz they got married at 19. that letter releaved so much of her pain and our pain.

now every now and then i have i dream with my grand pa in it and he's always telling me to tell his duagters and grand kinds and wife that he is fine, this is a real story and my grandpa is a great man.
