I Thought I Would Be Lost Forever

I think we have a ghost even though our house is new I still believe it's there except it doesn't come all the time. It comes every now and then and when it does it usually come when I am either half asleep or almost awake. I know that I am awake because I can sense everything in my room but when I try to open my eyes I can't. I try so hard and it won't let me and then I try to move my body and I can't move so then I get scared and tried to say something but not matter how hard I try I just can't do it. It is so scary because it feels like I am trying to fight good against evil and if I don't win then I will be lost forever consumed with evil.

The last time I was so scared that I started saying this chant that my told me to say when I was scared which you say "In Jesus Christ's blood I command you to..." and you say whatever you want them to leave alone. So in my head I kept repeating it and repeating it desperately trying to fight it, and finally I said it the last time and my eyes opened and I felt like something was coming out of me through my mouth. it was the worst feeling in the world. It scared me so bad my mom says she believes me because she herself has experienced some stuff happening in her room but not like mine. But ever since then I haven't felt anything so I don't know if that means it's gone or if it's just waiting.
