Dead Cat

I have seen a lot of stories about cats . Well here is one that changed my life forever . I was only 3 or 4 but the funny thing is . My mom never aloud any pets in the house especially cats . Where my bed set i could look across the floor furnace that seperated front room from my bed room. anyway I remember opening my eyes and seeing a big yelloow cat with green eyes sitiing there looking at me . I guess being little i finally fell asleep . Next thing I know i wake up and i feel something furry but kinda stiff like something dead . I did not raise my blanket to see what was lying at my feet . Keep in mind i am awake now. I screamed and cried my mom picked me up and asked me what was wrong. i told her about this dead cat under my blanket . So she get's the blanket and shows me nothing is there . So now she covers me up and knowing for sure i am awake now . I still feel this furry dead cat by my feet . Mom took me to sleep with her . I never would sleep in that bed again .I never seen the cat again
