One of my classmates was recently diagnosed with a disease where it was very fatal for someone to survive from it. Every time i thought about him I would start to cry because I didn't think he could survive. Well I decided to go to one of my friend's youth group to pray for him. While it was praying time a group of my friends and I prayed for him and started balling. I looked down at the carpet (i know this is going to sound weird, but) I saw like smiley faces in the carpet. It's really weird but I kept seeing them every time i looked down in the carpet. I felt that it was a sign from God that he was gonna be alright. I immediately stopped crying because i felt warm inside and it was the closest I have EVER felt to God. Ever since that day my classmate has been a lot better and I just recently found out that he is going to be ok and will come back to school next year. I'm very glad I went to youth group that night.
