I have had these experiences for about 20 years now. I feel a vibration I usually hear a swirling/wind type sound, then I am locked down & completely unable to move. I have flown at lighting speed, I have coasted, I have floated to the ceiling, I have seen the curtains fly from the force of the winds that bring this, doors slam or open with incredible force.

I know then, oh boy here we go. As if I am forced to watch whatever "it" has planned for me to see. I have felt the heaviness of someone sitting beside me, I have felt their breathing on me, I have felt my arm being yanked upward and the pulling on my hands. These "experiences" are terrifying & all too real. I have heard them called "the hag" and old Scottish wives tale about a curse people have through their families.

I have even heard this person/spirit speak to me. Very softly. I know it's a man. And I cant tell you why exactly but it seems like a sailor. I know it will happen if I am over tired or take a nap during the day or fall to sleep too fast. These episodes do not last very long, maybe 3-4 minutes. I sleep very heavy and when I feel this coming on there is nothing strong enough to stop it. I fight with allllll of my might to just move a finger or open my eyelids. Seems when I finally management movement its all over. Bless anyone who has to endure what I have for the last 20 years. (I have even become apart of a sleep study for a University)
