New Home Owner with an Extra Resident

First Id like to say that, If this were not happing to me I would not believe any of this. Before this started happening I though people who believed in this stuff were in need of serious medication. SO here my record of events. 3mo ago I purchased a house in south florida. Yes, its an older home built in 72. Since moving in both myself and my room mate have had several strange unexplainable experiences,

#1 While sitting on my bed (room mate in the shower) the bed room door just slammed back ward into the wall, the dog was on the bed with me.

#2 While sitting on the couch I saw a dark shadow of what I thought was my little black dog passing by. A moment later my room mate came walking out of the bed room with the dog.

#3 After closing the house up to go to sleep one night, (and locking the patio door) the unmistakeable sound of that patio door slamming shut was heard.

#4 Standing in my guest bed room alone facing my closet I felt what could only be described as someone tapping me on the back. I turned around thinking it was roommate and there was no one there. My room mate was not even in the house.

#5 2am in the morning, there was a distinct feeling at the end of my bed that someone had been sitting there and suddenly stood up. The dog was curled up on the her bed on the floor in the living room.

#6 My a/c died, so while packing to stay at a hotel I purposely made one last trip into the house to close all five interior doors (at the request of my room mate). I locked the front door and left to the hotel. This morning I returned home. Every door inside the house was wide open.

There have been other odd things but these things we were able to come up with some explaination, not very likely but possible explanitions none the less, so I wont mention.
