Is This an OOBE ?

I am not sure if this is an OOBE. Infact I am entering this article as a response to the article called Falling amongst the 2003 articles. I have similar feelings sometimes, particularly when I am very tired. I feel like I am drifting away into sleep then all of a sudden I jolt up, almost as if to prevent myself from falling of the bed which ofcourse was not happening to me. I find myself comfortably positioned in the bed, with no chance of falling off from either side.

It is a sudden jolt, as if an unconditional reflex action to prevent myself falling. Is this an OOBE ? I had never thought of it that way. I presumed that I have this dream because I am very tired. Does any expert have any idea about this occurrence. If yes, please email me at the given address.
