Imagining Colours

In 1996 I started having OBE's. They just happened to me all of a sudden. It always would start with either buzzing (like millions of bee's) or just feeling vibrations. My first experience within these OBE's, was something pulling me in various directions. All over, to the ceiling, to the floor. Strange movements.

The one I am going to write about here is one that happened a few months into having them initially, June 1996. I was in my girlfriend's room. Her and I were taking turns lying in her bed, face down, and then the other would think of colours, of energy. I noticed when I tried to do this to her, she would get the colours quite often. When she tried to do the same to me, vision colours and i would try to guess what they were, i never seemed to get the image. Well, later on as we decide to sleep, we were talking about OBE's and such. We were trying to figure out ways to have them. She told me of this method, which had never worked for her.

Imagine a glowing ball/orb of energy abover your head. imagine that the ball/orb has a tube connecting it to your head. Imagine the colour engulf you...

I tried this and it did work. I envisioned a glowing ball of red light coming into me through my head. Soon after, I felt myself in this dream like state in which i was floating. It was really odd though, I felt almost like, i was in 3 directions at once. the bed, the ceiling and sowhere in between. I remeber hearing a song being hummed, a tune not familure to me. At that point, I woke myself up. I told her what had happened. Then I asked her if she was singing something? She said "No". But soon after she said that, she told me she was kind of humming a song in her head. I asked her if she could hum it again for me, she did. And that was the tune i heard while out of body. She also told me that i said something at the time this was going on. She said it didn't really make much sense, "something about swords", she said.

Now, i tell you, that was certainly one of the better OBE's i have had.
