I Know What I Felt

One night as I slept I was awakened by something to find myself floating in my room over my bed.. I could see myself lying down and i could do nothing about it. I continued to "float" but it felt like I was going down on a rollercoaster in my stomach. I really felt it. I don't know if this is classified as an OOB but someone told me that I should look into it and I did. I learned about OOB's and there was no silver chord.. It was just me on a rollercoaster tyring to get back into my body... does anyone know if it was an out of body experiance or was it just a dream??? i am so confused but i felt it in my stomach even when i woke up it was there but not as strong?? is there an explanation for what happened? please email me...
