How to Have an Oobe or Prevent

Dear fellow travelers,
I have been having OOBE's for almost my whole life. I am 24 now and have posted my stories before on this site. I have learned in the past year how to prevent myself from having them and how to induce them as well. If you hae had an oobe before and want to try it again all you have to dois tell yourself before you fall asleep "I intend to go". This does'nt work everytime but about 75% of the time. Also try taking a nap during the day maybe somewhere besides your own bed. This usually works too. Sometimes I will be falling asleep and start getting the "vibrations" which precurser an oobe. Sometimes I get scared so I force myself to wake up and will turn on the TV or the radio ad go back to sleep. Ths will usually distract my mind and I wont have an oobe. Here is a neat trick I learned. Shuffle a deck of cards and without peeking take a card out and place it somewhere in your room. When you have an oobe go look at the card. When you wake up check to see if you actally looked at the card wile out of your body. Try not to guess the card before hand that might ruin te experiment.
