Glow in the Dark

It was a perfectly normal night. But as usual I woke up because I couldn't sleep. As I rose I saw what seemed to be a bright green figure in the mirror. It appeared to be glow in the dark. But when I looked to that spot and nothing was there. But the figure was still in the mirror.It appeared to be a young girl maybe about 9 or 10 years old. I found it really strange so i decided just to go back to bed and forget about it and then the fan automatically went on by itself which it has never done before.Then later my phone was making a weird souund so i went to go check it out, but then i noticed it wasn't plugged in. What's up with that??
