"Fear Factor" Ghosts

When I was younger, I got real scared by a film I saw. Later that night, I saw a shadowy corpse run across the hall. It ran to the computer room, and I also barely remember hearing it run upstairs. I ran directly to my parent's room. I think the ghost just wanted some kicks because I remember seeing it come and just stand there, staring at me. Finally my parents opened the door. I was running with my dogs when I saw a group of 1930's mob guys standing behind the fence, just staring and smoking. The most scareist one was the "bell" incident. I heard a bell in the woods. It got louder, weaker, and so on. I made a noise. It came to the edge of the woods. Still ringing. Soon it left, rarely returning to the edge. I rarely hear it again now. And I am scared when I do.
