Falling

I am not sure if this is an OOBE but I've read the other stories, and they've seemed to have had the same things happen to them also. Well sometimes when im sleeping, in my dreams, i dream that Iam falling, but it feels SO real as though I were actually falling, and right before I land, I wake up but I end up jolting in my bed, as if my soul put me back in my body before anything bad can occur. Maybe it was just a drea, but it happens more often than i would like. I also sometimes feel as if someone touches my shoulder. I can just be standing there, and all of a sudden i feel as if someone were to push my shoulder down, or lean it.
